Cookie Policy
What we set, what we only set with your say-so, and how to change your mind.

1.What cookies we use
Strictly necessary: the ones that keep you signed in, hold your checkout together, remember your cookie choice, and protect forms against abuse. The platform does not work without them, so they are not optional. One of them notes where your visit came from — a campaign tag, the site that sent you, or a promoter's link — so the organiser can see which of their posts sold tickets. It holds no identifier for you.
Preferences: small things your browser remembers for you, like whether a sidebar is collapsed. These stay on your device.
Analytics, only if you accept them: PostHog and Google Analytics, measuring which pages work and where people give up. PostHog may record a session so we can see a problem as you met it; every field you type into is masked before it leaves your browser.
Marketing, only if you accept them: the Meta Pixel and Google Ads, which tell those companies when one of our ads led to a visit or a sale, so the ad can be measured and shown to people more likely to want it.
2.Nothing optional until you choose
The first time you visit, a banner asks. Until you answer, only the strictly necessary cookies are set. Google's tag loads in a mode that sets no cookies and sends only anonymous signals until you agree.
Choosing "Only necessary" is as quick as accepting, and costs you nothing: tickets, checkout and sign-in work the same either way.
3.Changing your mind
"Cookie settings" at the foot of every page reopens the banner, and a new choice applies straight away.
Every browser can also block or clear cookies, and will tell you how in its settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop sign-in and checkout working.
